All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable and name changes are not allowed.
All runners who complete their race will receive a commemorative finishers medal. In addition, awards are given to the top three (3) males and females overall in the marathon and half marathon and the top three teams in four (4) different relay divisions: Men’s, Women’s, Open Mixed and Corporate.
Awards are also given to the top three male and female in the following age categories:

We also work with our sponsors each year to offer other great prizes for our amazing runners.
Please do not park along the route as we are trying to minimise the number of vehicles on the course. There are many empty parking lots in George Town on Sunday morning (e.g., Waterfront Centre, CIBC FirstCaribbean, Elizabethan Square, Government Administration Building, Cayman National, Cricket Square, lots in Dr. Roy’s Drive, George Town Library, etc.) so please utilise those. Do NOT park in any church parking lots.
We also offer a complimentary park and ride service. Buses will run continuously starting from 3:30am on race morning until 12:30pm. The shuttle service locations are Hotel Indigo, Governors Village (official packet pick up host), Westin Resort & Spa, Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, Grand Cayman Marriott Resort and Kirk Supermarket parking lot. Supporters can also use the buses to ride to the finish line but please give preference to runners.
The Lasco Adventist 10K uses a professional chip-based timing system to ensure accurate race results. All participants will receive a race bib containing a timing chip in their race packet, which will be distributed during Packet Pick-Up.
Participants must wear their official race bib with the attached timing chip throughout the race in order to receive an official time. No chip, no time.
Race bibs may be discarded after the event.
